The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has set a revenue target of GHS39 billion for 2018.
Announcing this on the sidelines of a send-off for some staff on Friday, Commissioner-General Kofi Nti said the targets will be appraised on a quarterly basis.
He said in 2017, the Authority achieved 92 per cent of its revenue target, ending the year with GHS32.4 billion out of a target of GHS33.6 billion.
According to him, that was the best performance in five years.
Friday’s send-off saw some 138 non-management staff of GRA being honoured.
