Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has asked stakeholders to remove all the bitllenecks that frustrate and cause investors in the diaspora to lose interest in investing in Ghana.
He said this at the maiden edition of the Ghana Diaspora Investment Summit this week.
After the event, Mr Oppong Nkrumah said in series of tweets that “ I entreated all players in the investment value chain to remove bottlenecks that frustrate and cause investors in the diaspora to lose interest in investing in Ghana.”
He added “I’m confident that if we are able to remove these bottlenecks, we will be able to onboard more investors in the diaspora to tap into the numerous opportunities we have here.
“Kudos to GIPC for bringing together various players to have meaningful conversations around FDI in Ghana.”
