As a result, the company warned Trasacco Valley residents to “please do not fall victim to fraud.”
The Nungu Mantse and Gborbu Wulomo had issued a notice to all homeowners and residents of Trassaco Valley Estate in East Legon and Adjiriganor requiring them to atone for their tenancy or risk losing their properties.
The notice was issued in response to a Supreme Court decision in 2020.
But Empire Builders says “We wish to assure all homeowners of the rights, title and interest of Empire Builders Limited in the land at Trasacco Valley Phases I and II (the land at phase III belongs to Trasacco Estates Development Company Limited and was never part of the subject matter of the dispute.
The statement added that “We further wish to assure all homeowners that we will continue to do our utmost best to ensure your peaceful enjoyment of your property at Trasacco Valley.”
