The Minister for Education, Matthew Opoku Prempeh has called on telecommunication networks to provide zero-rated educational materials to help students in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic.
In a press briefing, the Manhyia South legislator stated that telecommunication networks play a major role in making learning platforms and educational materials available and accessible hence the need to zero-rate.
