The Assemblyman aspirant who quoted article 28 (3) of the 1992 constitution of Ghana to support his statement has already promised to provide free daily breakfast for the youth in his electoral area if voted into power come December 17.
He said only GHC20 cedis worth of corn dough can make a huge bowl of porridge for the youth to have their fundamental human rights guaranteed, with a pack of Lipton tea as an option.
He also explained that when he is voted into power, he will provide “one house one biogas toilet, free dustbins on all the streets and free canopies and chairs for every ceremony among others”, promises which have made him an instant hit on social media with his videos garnering thousands of shares, views and comments.
