The 49-year-old Osei joined the club from Division One League side Star Madrid on a three-year deal, replacing Kobina Amissah, who left the club after guiding them to win their first-ever promotion to the Ghana Premier League.
With vast experience obtained in the domestic league, the former Asante Kotoko trainer is expected to guide the newly-promoted Premier League side to the top and ensure they maintain their top-flight status.
