Spanish club Granada CF have parted ways with young Ghanaian forward William Owusu.
The 21-year-old leaves after just 12 months with the club's second team, Recreativo Granada.
Owusu had joined the club at the start of 2025 from Atletico Porcua on a two-and-a-half year deal, but failed to make an appearance for the Segunda Division side.
"Official Statement: William Owusu and Granada Football Club have reached an agreement to terminate their contractual relationship. The Club wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors," wrote the club, confirming the decision to end their relationship with the player.
The winger becomes a free agent on January 1, 2026 when the winter transfer window officially opens.
The skillful forward started his career in Spain with Marbella, where he featured for their U19's before switching to Porcuna.
