RAAL La Louvière have announced the loan signing of Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru from fellow Belgian Pro League side RSC Anderlecht, confirming a deal that runs until the end of the season.
The club unveiled the 28 year old on its official platforms, describing him as its fourth acquisition of the winter window and a player expected to inject quality and experience into the squad.
Ashimeru arrives after a difficult start to the campaign at Anderlecht, where he was largely excluded from first team action at Lotto Park.
Seeking a reset, the former Red Bull Salzburg midfielder has opted for a move to the Easi Arena, where regular football and a defined role are firmly on offer.
Trained within the Red Bull system, Ashimeru has enjoyed a varied European career, with spells in Austria and Switzerland before settling in Belgium.
Since joining Anderlecht in 2021, he has made 129 appearances in all competitions, contributing nine goals and six assists while operating across midfield roles.
The Ghana international, capped 12 times, sees the move as a chance to restore rhythm and confidence.
