Medeama SC midfielder Emmanuel Owusu has charged his teammates to stay focused for their upcoming Ghana Premier League encounter against Aduana FC.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, Owusu emphasised that at this point in the season, the Yellow and Mauves cannot afford to drop points if they hope to go on to clinch the league title at the end of the 2025/26 season.
“The game against Aduana FC is very important for us, the club president and the supporters as well. We can’t drop points again,” the midfielder told Medi TV in an interview.
Emmanuel Owusu continued, “Aduana are a good side, so we can’t let our guard down, or they will punish us.”
The Week 22 league fixture between Medeama SC and Aduana FC is scheduled for Friday, February 13.
The highly anticipated showdown will kick off at 4:30 pm at TnA Stadium.
Owusu, who recently recovered from an injury after a two-month layoff, is in the Medeama SC matchday squad for the game.
