Highly-rated Medeama defender Fatawu Sulemana has expressed optimism about his outfit securing victory against Swedru All Blacks in the Ghana Premier League.
The Yellow and Mauve travels to Swedru to take on All Blacks in a highly competitive matchday 24 of the Premier league clash.
Speaking to the club’s media, the 22-year-old left-back asserted his outfit can secure the three maximum points against Swedru All Blacks, while urging support from the club fans.
“We will approach the remaining matches in the Premier League as our home games. We hope for luck against Swedru All Blacks, and I’m confident we can secure all three points against them.” He said.
The Yellow and Mauve’s advantage at the summit of the domestic top-flight table was slashed to just three points after dropping points in the week 23 clash against Samartex 1996 last Sunday.
Despite the draw, Medeama remain top of the table with 45 points, followed closely by Bibiani Gold Stars FC with 42 points, after 23 matches into the campaign.
The Yellow and Mauve secured their maiden Ghana Premier League title two seasons under then coach Augustine Evans Adotey.
