Former Hearts of Oak board member Barimah Atuahene has voiced serious concerns over the club’s struggles in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians have gone three games without a win, their last triumph coming against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Atuahene, speaking to Asempa FM, highlighted the team’s faltering form despite the efforts of coach Didi Dramani.
“Hearts of Oak is falling apart, and it is very sad. Didi Dramani is really working hard to help the team, but nothing seems to be working,” he said.
“They miss a lot of chances, and football is all about utilising chances because you might not get another, so it’s sad," Atuahene added.
Currently, Hearts of Oak sit fourth on the league table, level on 41 points with Aduana FC and five points adrift of leaders Medeama SC.
The team will look to return to winning ways when they face Heart of Lions on March 22 in Matchday 26, aiming to reignite their title challenge in the closing stages of the season.
