The European Union will pledge 520m euros (£442m; $673m) to help rebuild Mali at a conference of international donors in Brussels on Wednesday.

Tony Adams visited Vice President; Kwesi Amissah Arthur – an ardent Arsenal fan during his stay in Ghana to launch Season III of the Airtel Rising Stars Competition.
