The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCo) has confiscated more than 300 electricity meters from residents suspected of engaging in power theft during a two-day dawn operation in Tamale.
He says that the NPA is liaising with the Police to identify persons captured on tape recordings siphoning the fuel for arrest and prosecution.
He makes the point that Ghana must intentionally develop cybersecurity workforce strategies, intelligence capability pipelines and early talent identification systems
