Asante Kotoko have announced new restrictions on access to their training sessions at Adako Jachie, with supporters and media representatives barred from attending during the three days preceding every competitive match.
The club says the measure is aimed at providing the technical team with a private and uninterrupted environment to prepare for upcoming fixtures while preventing the unauthorised recording of tactical sessions.
The directive takes immediate effect and applies to supporters, media personnel and all other unauthorised individuals.
However, fans and journalists will continue to have access to training sessions outside the three-day restricted period.
Asante Kotoko said the decision forms part of efforts to improve the club's operational standards and support the technical team's preparations.
The club also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a strong relationship with the media and announced plans to organise periodic Media Open Days.
The initiative will give journalists opportunities to interact with players and club officials despite the restrictions on training access ahead of matches.
Asante Kotoko urged supporters and media partners to respect the new directive as the club works towards its sporting objectives.
The restrictions come ahead of the Porcupine Warriors' opening Ghana Premier League fixture of the season.
Asante Kotoko will begin their campaign on Sunday when they travel to Berekum to face Debibi United at Golden City Park.
The club will therefore have its first three-day closed training period ahead of the trip, as the technical team prepares privately for the opening league fixture.
