Mr Lee Ocran, Minister of Education, on Thursday handed over 6,720 laptops to Volta Regional Coordinating Council to be distributed among 280 basic schools in the region. The beneficiary schools would each receive 24 laptops. A total of 280 trolleys, where the laptops would be recharged, was part of the consignment.
