NCCE on first time voters

A directive from the National Commission for Civic Education for local assemblies to compile a list of first time voters in all Senior High Schools in the country is causing some controversy. The commission says the list should help in civic education of the student voters, but the Center for Democratic Development says the motive is suspicious. Read Full Story
