A Non-Banking Financial Institution is looking for a General Manager
Job Specification:
The candidate must have at least a first Degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline. However, a Master’s Degree would be preferred with a Professional Accounting Certification. Preference will be given to candidates with Credit Union Management Background and understanding of the Microfinance environment. Suitable candidates should have a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience and should not be less than 40 years at the time of applying.
Skills and Competencies required:
- Strong decision making and leadership skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS)
