SIC Insurance PLC has paid a total of GH¢107.6 million in claims across various policies in 2025, underscoring what it describes as a strong liquidity position and commitment to meeting obligations to policyholders.
The company said the significant payout reflects robust reinsurance arrangements and the financial capacity to settle claims promptly, assuring customers of reliable support in the event of unforeseen losses.
Managing Director James Agyeinim Boateng disclosed this in a statement posted on his Facebook page, noting that the payments form part of the insurer’s broader mission to protect clients and enable them to recover quickly from setbacks.
“Insurance is a safety net that helps you bounce back when life throws you a curveball,” he said, emphasising the company’s dedication to delivering dependable general insurance services.
He added that SIC remains focused on strengthening its operations and continuing to provide reliable and comprehensive insurance cover to individuals and businesses nationwide.
