NPP opens book of condolences for late Alhaji Aliu Mahama

Accra, Nov. 17, GNA - The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Saturday opened a book of condolences at the party’s headquarters, Asylum Down, in honour of the late former Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama.     “Party faithful and sympathisers, as well the public, will have the opportunity, from 12pm on Saturday, to pay their last respect to the late former Vice President,” the NPP stated in a statement issued to the Ghana News Agency by Mr Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, NPP National Chairman.     According to the party the Book of condolences will also be opened in all the regional party offices.     The NPP noted that on Saturday evening, a candlelight vigil would be held at the Party headquarters, from 8pm till the next morning.   GNA...
