Medeama coach Ibrahim Tanko has turned attention fully to Saturday’s trip to Kpando, urging his players to move on quickly from the last result and prepare well for Heart of Lions.
The Yellow and Mauve come into the game after a frustrating draw with Basake Holy Stars, a match that demanded patience and control. Tanko felt the effort deserved more, yet the mood in camp remains calm and practical as training continues through the week.
"We knew the game against Holy Stars was not going to be easy. We picked a point which was unfortunate but the league is on so we are preparing for the next game," he told Medeama TV
Form has been steady rather than flashy. Medeama have won two and drawn three of their last five league games, a run that has kept them in touch with the leading pack.
Heart of Lions will offer a different test at the Kpando Stadium, where home support can lift the hosts. The match kicks off at 3:30 pm.
