Ghana forward Felix Afena-Gyan delivered a brace of assists to lead Amedspor to a cruising victory against Igdir FK in the Turkish Lig 1.
The Cremonese loanee was unplayable on Sunday after as he served the assists for the opening two goals of the thrilling encounter at Diyabakir Stadium.
Afena-Gyan found Colombian forward Daniel Moreno for the opener ten minutes after Amedspor had missed the opportunity to break the deadlock from the spot.
Mbaye Diagne missed from the spot in the first half but made up for it after finishing a well laid cross from Afena-Gyan in the 56th minute.
While Afena-Gyan was causing havoc for the defence of Igdir, manager Sinan Kaloglu decided to replace him with Fernando Andrade to keep him fresh as the games come thick and fast.
Meanwhile, Moreno added his second of the match later as Amedspor secured a 3-0 home win.
The victory keeps Amedspor top of the Lig 1 table and on course to securing promotion to the Super Lig.
Afena-Gyan has now contributed four goals in 16 matches for Amedspor this season.
