Former Asante Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu has commended Mas-Ud Didi Dramani for his positive start as head coach of Hearts of Oak.
The former Nsoatreman boss, who was linked to the job before Dramani's appointment, stated that early results justify the club’s decision to appoint him.
Dramani, who took charge on a two-year deal, has overseen an encouraging run of performances that has kept the Phobians firmly in contention near the top end of the Ghana Premier League table.
His work so far has drawn praise from within Ghana’s coaching fraternity, including Konadu, who believes the club’s choice is proving effective.
"If Hearts of Oak have gone for him, the result is now telling, so they made the right decision. For me, it is either you take this one or that one," Konadu told 3 Sports.
"There are too many big coaches in the country. If you make the right choice and it is working for you, then it is okay. So far, he is doing well, and that is good."
Hearts of Oak currently sit third in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League standings with 40 points, trailing leaders Medeama SC by five points.
