The head coach of Dreams FC, Winfred Dormon, has described the team’s triumph over Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday as a very good result.
The Still Believe outfit hosted the Yellow and Mauves over the Weekend in their Week 26 fixture. Despite facing a very tough challenge, Dreams FC managed to secure all three points with a 2-1 win at full-time.
In his post-match interview, Winfred Dormon raised concerns about his team’s profligacy in front of goal but praised his players' overall performance.
“To be honest we knew before hand that we were going to have a very difficult game because Medeama are a good team. My disappointment is that in the first chances we had chances and we could have buried the game, but we didn’t do that. By and large, it’s a good result for Dreams FC, a good performance, but we still have a lot to do,” Winfred Dormon told journalists after the game.
The win has propelled Dreams FC to 9th place in the Ghana Premier League standings ahead of the last eight games of the season.
