Maxwell Hanson has been appointed as the centre referee for the high-stakes semifinals clash between Dreams FC and Medeama SC.
The match, scheduled to take place at the Swedru Stadium on Saturday, April 18, 2026 promises to be a thrilling encounter, as both teams seeks for victory to book a place in the final of this year’s Cup competition.
The Tema-based Class I referee will be supported by Gabriel Boateng and Kofi Nyarko Bakae as the assistant referees, while FIFA-listed official Julian Nunoo serves as the fourth referee.
Dreams FC, who lifted the title in the 2023/24 season, head into the semifinal with the ambition securing a place in the final.
However, Medeama SC, two-time winners of the FA Cup and one of the most experienced teams in the country will eager to upset the Still Believe lads to progress to the final.
The Tarkwa-based club are chasing double this season. Currently, the Yellow and Mauve sit top of the league standings and are also in contention for the FA Cup.
