The competition will run from May 13 to June 2, bringing together Africa’s top youth talent in a tournament that also doubles as a qualification for the global stage.
Importantly, the top eight quarter-finalists will secure automatic qualification for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, while two additional spots will go to the best third-placed teams, ensuring ten African representatives at the global competition.
With qualification within reach, the Black Starlets will be aiming to progress beyond the group stage and reinforce Ghana’s strong tradition in youth football.
Their campaign in Morocco now carries both continental and global significance, with every match potentially shaping their World Cup destiny.
