Arajiga will be assisted by fellow Tanzanian Serif Mpanga Kassim as Assistant Referee One, while Uganda’s Brianson Musisi has been named Assistant Referee Two. Hillary Hambaba will serve as the fourth official.
CAF has appointed Justin Mumba as match commissioner, with Paulin Samuel serving as referees assessor. Morocco’s Abdelmoughit Rhrzzali will work as General Coordinator for the fixture.
