Swedru All Blacks head coach Kassim Mingle Ocansey has refused to comment on his future following the club's dramatic survival in the Ghana Premier League.
Speaking to Mohammed Shaban on the sidelines of the FA Cup final, the coach who masterminded a crucial 2-1 victory over Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium remained tight-lipped when asked about his next move.
"No comment at the moment. A decision will come soon," Ocansey said.
He had earlier expressed gratitude to the club's management, president, and supporters for their massive backing.
"I will thank the management and the president of the club and the supporters. The massive support â they were in Kumasi in their numbers to cheer us up. I congratulate the boys too. They were tactically disciplined and they did the job for us," he added.
Ocansey revealed his confidence even after falling behind through an own goal. "I wasn't surprised because we were more determined and we had to do everything possible to beat them because we needed the win to stay in the league."
With speculation mounting about his future, the coach who engineered Swedru's great escape is keeping his cards close to his chest. For now, the decision remains his own.
