Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon says the club's preseason programme has been carefully structured to ensure the team is fully prepared before the start of the new Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking to Dreams FC Media, Dormon revealed that the preseason is expected to last six weeks, although some clubs may extend theirs to seven weeks.
According to the coach, the objective is to have the squad physically and mentally ready by the end of the programme while gradually integrating tactical and technical work.
Dormon also highlighted the importance of the upcoming Top Four tournament, describing it as the perfect dress rehearsal ahead of the league campaign. The competition, he said, will provide valuable match practice and allow the coaching staff to assess the team's readiness.
The Dreams FC boss further disclosed that several new young players have been added to the squad, while others have earned promotion from the club's youth setup.
He reiterated that promoting academy talent remains a key part of Dreams FC's philosophy, noting that the club aims to elevate three or four youth players to the first team every season as part of its long-term development strategy.
