Karela United have resumed their preparations for the upcoming Ghana Premier League season as they enter the third phase of their pre-season programme.
The club returned to training on Wednesday after completing the second phase by winning the second edition of the Sompa Invitational Cup, where they defeated Aduana Stars to lift the trophy.
The victory provided an early boost for the team as they continue building towards the new league campaign.

With the Sompa tournament now behind them, Karela United say the focus in Phase 3 is on increasing the intensity of their preparations.
The club is looking to add "more energy, intensity and sharpness" as the technical team continues to prepare the squad for the start of the Ghana Premier League.
The latest stage of pre-season is expected to provide further opportunities for the players to improve their fitness, tactical understanding and match readiness.
