Accra Commercial Court To Rule On ARA Liberta Case Today

The Accra Commercial Court has set today to rule on the Argentine Government?s claim of immunity for its military warship, which has been detained in Ghana on the orders of the court over a credit dispute.
The frigate, ARA Libertad, was on October 2 restrained under a court order secured by creditors suing the Argentine Government over its 2002 bond default; a move Argentina described as a violation of international law.
