In the Northern Zone, the qualifiers are: Bolga Sharp Arrows, Dreamz Ladies, Supreme Ladies, FC Savannah, Arm of God Ladies, Tamale Super Ladies, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, and Gyagba Ladies, highlighting the competitive balance within the zone.
