With extensive experience across underwriting, risk management, life insurance operations, and executive leadership, he brings deep industry insight and a proven ability to drive strategic and operational excellence.
A seasoned insurance professional
Dr. Nashiru Iddrisu is a seasoned insurance professional with more than two decades of experience within the Ghanaian insurance landscape, particularly in Life Insurance Business Management and Operations. He has held senior leadership and advisory roles across the industry, contributing significantly to product development, market expansion, and capacity building across multiple jurisdictions.
A dynamic Business Development and Distribution Strategist, he is highly regarded for his expertise in Change Management, Business Innovation, and Operational Transformation. His leadership style emphasises collaboration, professional development, and sustainable business growth.
Dr. Iddrisu is a chartered insurer and a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and Ghana. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana, and an Associate Fellow of the Boardroom Institute.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Leadership, Master’s in Business Administration complemented by advanced qualifications in insurance, risk management, ESG and executive leadership.
