2Baba and Natasha
Nigerian music star, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has broken his silence following an alleged confrontation involving his wife, Natasha Osawaru, at an Abuja nightclub.
The incident reportedly occurred on Friday, August 7, 2026, when 2Baba was scheduled to perform at a newly opened nightclub in Abuja.
According to reports circulating online, Natasha arrived at the venue with some individuals and allegedly demanded to see the singer. Viral videos from the incident have also sparked discussions among fans and social media users.
The development reportedly came amid growing speculation about tension between the couple, with reports claiming that 2Baba had recently left their home and blocked Natasha from contacting him.
Speaking during his performance at the Daddy Showkey 50 Years on Stage Concert on Sunday, August 9, 2Baba appeared to refer to the recent situation.
“Going forward ehh, I don decide not to dey look for trouble again. I don go look for trouble, I don hear am,” the singer said in Pidgin English.
His comments were interpreted by some fans as a reference to the reported nightclub incident and the challenges in his marriage.
A fan in the audience attempted to describe the situation as love, saying, “Na love now.”
2Baba, however, rejected the comment, responding, “Na love? You dey craze.”
