Inter Allies Technical Director William Klutse has expressed strong belief in his team's readiness for their pivotal MTN FA Cup Round of 16 match against Dreams FC, viewing the competition as a key platform for the club's resurgence.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Klutse emphasized his squad's positive form and determination. "We are looking forward to a very good, competitive game. Currently we are in a very good shape, and I believe and trust that we are going to put up a very good fight," he told Citi Sports.
For Inter Allies, a club rebuilding its identity and pushing for a return to the Ghana Premier League after a period of suspension, a deep cup run carries significant symbolic weight.
Klutse made clear that the objective is progression, not necessarily a flashy performance against strong opposition.
"We hope to win that game and move forward in the FA Cup," he stated pragmatically. "Even when we get one goal, we qualify to the next level or stage of the competition, and that is the most important thing. We don't need to score six because Dreams are a very big, well-organised team."
The MTN FA Cup Round of 16 matches are scheduled for the weekend of February 6-9, 2026, with defending champions Asante Kotoko awaiting to see who advances. For Inter Allies, a victory would mark a significant step in their journey back to relevance in Ghanaian football.
