FC Samartex head coach Nana Agyemang says his side are ready to fight for maximum points when they travel to Dormaa to face Aduana FC in their first away game of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The Timber Giants began their campaign in impressive fashion, beating Karela United 3-1 in their opening fixture.
Aduana, meanwhile, started the season with a goalless draw against Heart of Lions and will be looking for their first victory when they host Samartex.
Despite the convincing opening-day victory, Nana Agyemang says his players and coaching staff have already shifted their attention to the next challenge and are determined to approach the Aduana game with the same mentality.
“Both the players and the coaches are as good as in the last game that was played. We have refocused on the next game against Aduana FC. The approach remains the same. We are travelling to Dormaa to fight for the points," the coach told FC Samartex TV.
The Samartex boss will be hoping his team can reproduce the intensity and attacking quality that helped them overcome Karela United as they face a more difficult test on the road.
The encounter is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, and will kick off at 3 pm at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
