Bank of Ghana Notice No. BG/GOV/SEC/2026/08: Update and registration of old and new suppliers, contractors, consultants and other service providers

In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, the Bank of Ghana (BoG) intends to update its supplier database for Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers for Goods, Works and Services.

The supplier database update and registration exercise is open to companies, firms and enterprises registered with the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) including those who currently supply Goods, Works and Services to BoG and will wish to continue.

Registration covers the following categories of suppliers and service providers:

B11	IT Equipment and Accessories
B12	Workshop Equipment
B13	Security and Fire Safety Equipment
B14	Canteen Supplies
B15	Clearing and Freight Forwarding Services

Interested and eligible firms, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers are required to furnish the Bank with the underlisted mandatory documents:

• Valid Business Registration Certificate with Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Company Profile (Business Location, Address, GPS, Official Email Address and update of services/products offered)
• Form A/3
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Ministry of Works & Housing Certificate (where applicable)
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certificate, (where applicable)

A sealed envelope containing the above-named documents together with a cover letter marked:

• BOG – REQUEST FOR SUPPLIER ONBOARDING (For New Suppliers Only)

• BOG – UPDATE OF SUPPLIER REGISTRATION RECORDS (For Old Suppliers, currently registered or doing business with the Bank and wish to be updated as registered supplier)

and addressed to:

Procurement and Transport Department

Bank of Ghana

The Bank Square

Accra

The sealed envelope should be submitted to the Procurement and Transport Department, The Bank Square (New Bank of Ghana Head Office) – 8th Floor – Tower Block, on or before 12:00 pm Friday 27th March, 2026.
