The Ghana Football Association on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, held a series of mid-season review meetings with match commissioners across all divisions as part of efforts to improve match organisation and administrative efficiency.
The engagements were conducted in three separate sessions involving Premier League, Division One League, and Women’s Premier League match commissioners. The meetings were led by the FA General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo, starting with the Premier League commissioners, followed by Division One and ending with the Women’s Premier League.
During the sessions, the General Secretary reviewed the performance of commissioners in the first half of the season and urged them to raise standards in the second half of the campaign. Discussions focused on matchday operations, challenges encountered during fixtures, and adherence to FA regulations.
The meetings also provided a platform for feedback, capacity building, and alignment with established administrative practices, as the FA continues to promote professionalism, consistency, and efficiency in match management for the remainder of the season.
