Ghana Premier League side Nations FC have confirmed the transfer of attacker Faisal Charwetey to Albanian club, FK Bylis.
This comes after GHANAsoccernet reported the move on Friday morning.
The 23-year-old established himself as a key member of the Nations FC team after securing a move to the club in August 2024.
After being converted from a full-back to an attacker, the mercurial winger made it count with an impressive 14-goal involvement, scoring 12 goals and serving two assists in 30 appearances in the league last season.
Before departing for greener pastures, the enterprising attacker made 15 appearances in the Ghana Premier League and scored two goals across the period.
Having joined KF Bylis, Charwetey will be hoping for a swift adaptation as he seeks to make an immediate impact at the club. He could mark his debut against league leaders KF Egnatia this weekend.
In its notice confirming the transfer of the striker, Nations FC extended best wishes to the youngster.
“We can confirm the transfer of Faisal Charwetey to FK Bylis of the Kategoria Superiore.
“Proud pathway. New challenge. We wish you success, Faisal,” the club shared on X.
