Prince Kwabena Adu earned praise from Viktoria Plzen coach Martin Hysky following his impressive display in the goalless draw against Slavia Praha in matchday 28 of the Czech First League.
The Ghana forward returned to the starting lineup after featuring as a substitute in the previous 2-2 draw against Teplice and delivered a strong performance over 70 minutes.
Adu caused constant problems for Slavia Praha’s defence with his pace, strength and ability to navigate tight spaces, standing out as one of the most effective players on the pitch.
His display did not go unnoticed, with coach Martin Hyský commending the attacker during the post-match press conference.
“It almost looked like a completely different player returned,” Hysky said.
The Black Stars forward has grown into an important figure for Viktoria Plzen over the past two seasons and continues to attract interest from clubs across Europe’s top leagues.
