The Ghana Football Association has reinforced its technical and development structures with the allocation of vehicles to the Technical Directorate and the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence at Prampram.
The intervention is expected to improve mobility, coordination and the day-to-day running of development programmes, particularly those focused on talent identification and player development.
GFA officials indicated that the move forms part of a long-term strategy to build a strong and efficient football ecosystem, from grassroots structures to elite national teams. The vehicles will support technical staff in carrying out nationwide assignments, including scouting, training programmes and monitoring activities.
At the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, the added logistical support is expected to enhance operations and facilitate the smooth running of residential training and development programmes.
The Association also reiterated the need for accountability, urging all beneficiaries to ensure the vehicles are used for their intended purpose and maintained properly.
This latest initiative highlights the GFA’s continued commitment to infrastructure development, operational efficiency and the overall growth of football in Ghana, in partnership with FIFA through the Forward Programme.
