Young midfielder Etse Dogli has described his move to Medeama Sporting Club as a great honour.
The highly-rated midfield controller sealed a move to the Tarkwa-based side on Wednesday, July 22, signing a three-year contract.
“Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Etse Dogli on a three-year contract from Heart of Lions FC.
“The 22-year-old joins the Mauve and Yellows as one of the club’s latest additions ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, bringing with him immense quality and experience despite his young age,” Medeama SC announced in an official statement.
Speaking after completing his move, the midfielder shared his excitement, adding that he is ready for the challenge that awaits him.
“It is a great honour to join Medeama Sporting Club, one of the biggest clubs in Ghana. I know the expectations that come with wearing this badge, and I am ready for the challenge ahead,” he said as quoted on medeamasc.org.
Dogli added, “I want to assure the entire Mauve and Yellow family that I will give my all every time I step onto the pitch. I am here to work hard, contribute to the team’s success and help Medeama continue winning trophies.”
At Medeama SC, the youngster will play a key role for the side in the upcoming season, as the team competes in the CAF Champions League while fighting to defend their Ghana Premier League title from last season.
