Frde strengthen midfield with Ghanaian Isaac Twum on free transfer

Ghanaian defensive midfielder Isaac Twum has joined Norwegian club Frde from Fjra on a free transfer, adding a 28-year-old central midfielder to the squad ahead of the new season.

Twum’s move was completed on 3 August 2026, with the player switching clubs within Norway. The transfer takes him to Frde, who compete in the Norsk Tipping-Ligaen avd. 3.

The deal does not involve a transfer fee, with Twum arriving at his new club as a free agent. No contract length has been disclosed, but the move formally marks the next stage of his career in Norwegian football.
