Ghanaian forward Koby Arthur has joined English National League side Leamington FC.
The 30-year-old signed a deal to join Leamington ahead of the 2026/27 campaign following a successful trial.
Arthur, who started his career in England with Birmingham City, has been part of the Brakes through their pre-season exercise, helping the club win the Illum Davis Foundation Trophy in Guernsey last weekend.
The Kumasi-born striker arrives with enormous experience playing in the English lower divisions.
"Kobes is a player with great ability; he just needs to find his best form on regular basis," said Scott Easterlow, Leamington FC's manager. "He’s had a little set back in pre-season with injury but he’s showed us more than enough of what’s he is capable of."
Arthur started his career in England with Birmingham City FC, where he ended up making his first team debut against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He later spent time on loan at Lincoln City and Cheltenham Town, gaining experience in the National League and League 2, before joining Macclesfield Town upon being released.
Arthur helped the Silkmen to the National League title, before spells in the North and South divisions with Kidderminster, Dover Athletic, Maidenhead United and Hereford.
He has also gained experience at Step 3 in recent seasons with Stourbridge, Rushall, Barwell and Bromsgrove Sporting, before ending last season at Darlaston Town.
