Keziah Oteng-Mensah, the 18-year-old Germany-Ghana centre-forward at PSV U21, is linked with a move to PSV’s Eredivisie side.
The teenager joined PSV U21 from Frankfurt U19 on 12 August for a reported €250,000 fee, with the move placing him within the Dutch club’s development structure. He had previously progressed through Frankfurt’s youth teams after joining from Rodelheim’s academy in 2018.
Oteng-Mensah’s reported pathway to the first team comes shortly after his arrival in the Netherlands. He has yet to make an appearance for PSV U21 this season, with no starts or minutes recorded in the campaign’s available statistics.
Born in Frankfurt am Main, Oteng-Mensah holds German and Ghanaian nationality. He stands 1.85 metres tall and is listed as a centre-forward who can use both feet.
The potential move would see him step up from PSV’s second team, which competes in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, to the club’s senior squad in the Eredivisie. No fee or timetable has been attached to the reported link with PSV’s first team.
Oteng-Mensah is under contract with PSV U21 until 30 June 2029.
