It has been a good day for Ghana players in the transfer market as two major players in the Black Stars grab moves to expand their skill-set and thrill the world.
Ghana striker Majeed Waris has joined French side FC Nantes from Porto in the Portuguese league on a season-long loan deal.
The striker joined Porto from Lorient in January, but after 8 matches without a goal, he has been loaned back to France for more playing time.
Nantes provides a better ground for the striker to improve.
In Spain, Levante’s forward line will have Ghanaian flavour after striker Rapheal Dwamena signed a four-year deal with the club in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Dwamena joins from Swiss side, FC Zurich where he put up some stellar performances.
The goal poacher scored 25 times in 56 matches for Zurich after joining them 2 seasons ago.
Dwamena’s move to the La Liga will be immense for him after his move to England was stalled due to issues with Brighton’s medical team.
Now at Levante, Dwamena will play alongside Emmanuel Boateng who hit a hattrick against Barcelona last season.
