Tema Youth bankroller Wilfred Osei Palmer has been disqualified from contesting the presidency of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
He is among three persons disqualified from the entire elections, expected to build a new body to run football in Ghana.
While Alhaji Fuseini Mahama missed out on the Western Regional FA Chairmanship elections, Roy Arthur was disqualified from the Central Regional FA Chairmanship race.
As a result of Mr Palmer’s disqualification, six candidates are left to battle in the elections for the top-most role on Friday, October 25.
All disqualified candidates, however, can appeal the decision by the Normalisation Committee, which serves as the electoral body for the various elections.
