GPL Week 2: Great Olympics get bragging rights over Legon Cities
Accra Great Olympics continued their fine start to the 2020-2021 Ghana Premier League season after a splendid performance against Legon Cities in week two at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday November 20 .
The two times Ghana Premier League winners dominated the game from the start to the end of the game and took their chances to win the game by 3-0 against the Royals.

Captain Gladson Awako opened the scoring for Great Olympics from a free kick. The home side had a free kick just at the stroke of halftime and Gladson Awako stepped up to give them the first goal after his kick went past Fatawu Dauda on the 44th minutes.
Things got worse for Legon Cities in the second half as Olympics scored two additional goals through Maxwell Quaye from the spot and Samuel Quaye from open play to hand Olympics their first win of the season.
Earlier in the day, Eleven Wonders beat Ebusua Dwarfs by 2-0 at the Nana Ameyaw Park.
Wonders had their opening goal kind courtesy defender Tetteh Nortey who scored from the spot.

‘Super sub’ Prince Okraku scored his second goal of the season and the second for Eleven Wonders against Ebusua Dwarfs to hand them a comfortable 2-0 win on Matchday two.
Week two games will continue on Saturday through to Tuesday with loads of interesting fixtures.
