Black Stars fans have taken to social media to express their opinions on the squad for the upcoming pre-World Cup friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua.
The shocking omission of Joseph Paintsil and Jeffrey Schlupp from the squad has sparked much debate.
Paintsil has been one of Ghana’s best players in Europe since the start of the new season, with three goals and one assist in seven games for Belgian side Genk, while Schlupp has been impressing in the Premier League.
However, neither player was named to the squad, leaving fans perplexed.
Baba Rahman’s invitation has also sparked some discussion on social media.
Below are some of the best reactions to Otto Addo’s latest squad:
Ashimeru and Schlupp overlooked once again. Issahaku gets a call-up for literally doing nothing. Where is Joseph Paintsil? https://t.co/3lziKURyNU
