Ghanaian players who have been selected for the 2022 World Cup have expressed their delight and are looking forward to the tournament in Qatar.
Black Stars Otto Addo named his final squad on Monday, leaving out Mubarak Wakaso as well as injured trio Richard Ofori, Jojo Wollacott, and Iddrisu Baba.
The 26-man squad includes former Spain international Inaki Williams who said, “It’s an honour to represent the country of my parents and most of my family. What better way to represent Athletic than playing in a World Cup and with the Black Stars.”
