Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency Kennedy Ohene Agyapong made a cameo appearance on stage on Day 1 of the 2022 Afrochella Festival in Accra.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful was welcomed on stage by dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, who was in the middle of his performance.
He said he wanted to perform with the maverick NPP politician for Ghanaians to know that even government officials sing his songs.
Addressing fans at the Festival, Ken Agyapong wished them all a Merry Christmas and asked them to be good tourism ambassadors and tell others about the great hospitality they have enjoyed while in Ghana.
“I don’t want to bore you. . .I am only here to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Have fun and when you go back, tell your friends to come to Ghana so that we improve tourism in this country.”
